Purchasing Terms of Service

By purchasing tickets, exhibitor spaces, or sponsorship packages for Unbundled Expo 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-transferable. Tickets may only be purchased through our official Unbundled Expo website (unbundledexpo.com) or Unbundled Conference website (unbundledconference.com).

Unbundled Expo reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder who behaves in a manner that disrupts the event experience for others.

2. Exhibitor and Sponsorship Purchases

Exhibitor and sponsorship packages are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full to confirm your participation. Any exhibitor found violating Unbundled Expo’s event guidelines or failing to adhere to set-up and break-down times may be asked to leave without a refund. Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for their own displays, materials, and merchandise.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via credit card, bank transfer, or another approved method provided by Unbundled Expo. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (HubSpot). Unbundled Expo is not responsible for any errors or issues with payment processing through external providers.

4. Event Changes

Unbundled Expo reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including speakers, exhibitors, or activities, due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified of significant changes via email.
